Expert's Guide

The Experts' Guide of the University of Oviedo is an initiative aiming to provide an efficient and reliable resource for media professionals and also for the whole society.

Some of the most relevant objectives of this project are promoting a fluent contact between journalists and researchers of the academic institution, encouraging knowledge transfer and fostering the dissemination of scientific and academic research conducted in the University of Oviedo. In addition, the guide is also intended to be a tool in the service of the whole society, including those institutions and companies willing to contact the researchers working in the institution.

About 500 researchers belonging to all the branches of knowledge of the University of Oviedo have joined this Guide expressing their willingness to participate in scientific dissemination by means of news, reports, articles and columns in the media.

The Guide includes a browser that allows to find experts using different searching criteria: name, department, area of knowledge and key words (relevant terms related to the specialization field of the expert).

If needed, those media requiring additional information on the Guide can contact the communication team in the following e-mail address: cei.comunicacion@uniovi.es

Experts willing to be listed in the Guide or those ones who want to modify their personal information (or be removed from the list) can do so by sending an e-mail to the following address: cei.comunicacion@uniovi.es
